rubbish - Very bad office. Today I have hired a taxi from them to my home, the driver himself helped me to but my two heavy bags in his car, once I reached home I paid him £3, and just get out of the car going to the back of the car he drove away, I I called out loudly, waved, but he kept going with my stuff. then I called the office told them the story and promised me that my stuff will be delivered within 20-30 minutes, after 70 minutes another taxi driver came to my home , brought my stuff and asked me to pay him for the delivery, I told him that is the fault of that driver, he called his office and that lady in the office told me that it was my mistake and you have to pay him again £3. 02-02-16
