Terrible - This appears to be the same owners as Stanninley Firesides.
Having ordered and paid for a fire at the start of Nov 2009 we are still waiting to have the order completed.
Every time we start to take action we are assured the last components are being dispatched.......... then nothing.
We are now starting a County Court action for refund of nearly £1,000. They lie to us constantly! 01-07-10
