Epic Name for Epic Place - Surprised this place hasn't been reviewed yet!!
It's a bit of an all time classic for me!
I have had many a night end in the 'Marathon' of Chalk Farm..
Normally Danny is on the 'stage' strumming and girning away and a young crowd is trying to fit that last beer of the night in.
You really need to experience this place to understand it.
Luckily I have a friend who lives just past Chalk Farm tube, so we regularly have an excuse to add to our hangovers at 3am on the way home.
Always a great crowd and a friendly atmosphere!!
..as I said it's epic name is deserved as it's a bit of a classic not so well kept secret.
..Just a pity about the equally epic queues for the toilet. 07-10-08
