Rude and Unprofessional - I was very disappointed with the way i was treated by this company. As if the property market isnt problematic enough already we have rude and inconsiderate agents hindering the house hunt. After viewing a flat I asked the agent what we had to do to take it off the market- a down payment and signing a reservation agreement. Later that day they contacted me saying that they had given the flat to someone else and the landlord had agreed. So they took my money and now i am still homeless. I am awaiting a refund but they have been quite unhelpful and unapologetic. I suggest steering clear of this lot especially after reading some other reviews and hearing a similar account first hand from a friend.
