Awful - Polite staff, I won't say friendly, as the lady on reception wasn't overly welcoming.
I got a groupon last year for eye brow tattooing and thought I'd give it a go, thinking nothing could go wrong. I'm not sure how qualified the woman was who did my eyebrows, but I had to keep prompting her to even up bits that looked different in either brow and she had to keep correcting it, the colour she used was not remotely like the dark brown she said I would have and it actually turned to a shade of orangey brown AND as I have a scar from having once had my brow pierced she decided she would continue the brow line up and over the scar rather than across it, despite me accepting that the colour may not take on the scar! The line totally went off on an angle and I ended up picking all the scabs off as quick as I could to try and reduce how much the tattoo would take!
Would never return.

AVOID. I'VE BEEN SWINDLED - AVOID THIS SALON! READ MY STORY
I had never felt more swindled....I've got a groupon voucher for a 6 session IPL hair remove in this salon. I attended to the first and only one. During the session, I've had literally 4 flashes done. I found it a bit weard because I am familiar with laser and IPL (as I have done already underarms, bikini line and full legs) and in each session the beautician did a lot of them, untill all the hair was burned (the sessions lasted 40min, 1hour or even 1h30, depending on the area).
This wasn't the case. The session lasted literally 2 minutes, the lady gave me 4 flashes (I felt only one of them) and the hair didn't burne, so I asked her what was going on and and she told me that it was normal because the machine she used is supposed to be very powerful and that the light spreads and covers the whole area. LIE!!!!
When you have IPL well done, your hair doesn't grow for at least one month or one and a half, even after the very first session. After 15 days only the hair in a minuscule circle has fallen down and the rest of it is still there and growing normally.
I asked for a refund to Groupon. They told me to ask the salon to send me an email confirming that I have had only 1 out of 6 sessions done so they can give me the money back.
I asked her very politely to send me the confirmation and she's refusing.
She says that this is not the procedure Groupon has asked her to do. I sent her 5 emails and called her 3 times. She is being very unhelpful and really really rude in the phone.
AVOID THIS SALON IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND AND REAL RESULTS. THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE MORE SESSIONS THAN YOU NEED.

Happy Customer. - Walking home from work i came across this salon, didn't look too great from the outside because of the scaffolding, but once inside i was made to feel very welcome. I ended up having a green peel for my acne scarring. Its been 3 weeks, and i'm already planning to go for another treatment.

Hidden Gem - I found the salon when I was walking home after visiting a friend. I initially went in for an eyebrow wax. I've had problem skin for 2 years, they assured me they could help me. That was 6 months ago, now I can say i have not had better skin since before hit puberty.
Very friendly staff, who always make you feel welcomed.
