Chez Gerard are a chain of brasseries offering a menu of French style cooking. This branch is situated in a magnificent 18th century building. They operate on a first come first served basis and have a long zinc bar serving champagne, bottled beer and bar snacks. Catering for private parties of up to 12 guests is available upon request.

Chez Rip-Off - I was never impressed by Chez Gerard. If it were the last bar in London, I'd go there but it's not, thank the Lution... It's expensive and the vibe isn't all that. Lots of peeps go there after work but I think there are better happy hour places to go than this place. Since they've redecorated, it is better but it feels a bit contrived for my liking. I've had the food there and that is good but only if someone else is picking up the tab or if you don't mind paying! Maybe it's better for the more 'mature' crowd who want a place to drink and feel important. Not for me.
