I had a 'lost contact lens' in my eye in August. I paid my £25 and registered with this company. After an eye exam I was reassured by the optician there was no lens in my eye with the suggestion it probably came out in the night. I was so impressed I booked for a full eye test. My eye was sore and very red and I was reassured there was no lens and the redness would go in time.

For the last week my eye has again been sore. It transpires the offending lens was still in my eye ........ some NINE WEEKS later. I don't know if it is usual for a stuck lens not to be found by a qualified optician but wiill I be going back to the Watford shop ...... No.
