I have never encountered people like this before in my life. They are thourghly disreputable. They over charge and do everything to avoid the issue and pay you bach. My property is in a terrible state and getting anything done about it takes years. I sent them an official letter of complaint ten months ago and they still have not answered me. Avoid them like the Plague!

NOT RECOMMENDED - I can not recommend this company; they are past masters at concocting excuses for not fulfilling their obligations with regards to repairs and maintenance. Their staff appear to have been instructed to be as unpleasant and obstructive as possible and their accounts department gives new meaning to the word 'incompetent'.

Don't USE THEM!!!! - We are in HOVE and Austin Rees is the current company in charge for the "Building Maintenance".
Unfortunately they are trying to charge us for some money we have already paid to the previous company.

Austin Rees, is not listening us, is not trying to get at the bottom of their mistake.. but just trying to intimidate us to pay what we have paid already.

This has been going on for 3 years and is at point to bring them in court as is affecting our life.

They don't want to give us an appointment to discuss the issue in person, and also they have been ignoring all proof of payment we did sent to them via post.

if you are thinking to get a new company for the Building Maintenance... avoid them as they are not keen to admit errors.
