Don't ever use them! - Don't ever use Fortune. They ruin your cloths and then accused you of ruining them yourself.
They ruined the pants from my suit and we found blood stains on partner's white shirt after we took back our dry cleaning. They also lost the ribbon cuffs of my shirt.
When we returned and asked about what had happened. We were accused by the owner of lying and ruining our own cloths which we had sent to him to clean.
He was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, I was accused of lying.
Extremely unprofessional service. I have never been subjected to this rude treatment ever.
