HORRIBLE! DONT GO THERE!!! - DON'T!!! i have never had a worse experience in any other place. the staff is so unprofessional! from people who work there to a manager & the big boss who was feeling his power (ohh im a big man your just a lil girl im gonna chuck you out! ) like what a ?! shouting in my face, being disgraceful, rude & trying to chuck me out of the shop after they wouldn't take any responsibility for my damaged item! i really thought he's gonna start physically pushing me! i brought in a Balmain top price over 1000 GBP for ironing & freshen up.. when i came to pick it up it looked nothing like it! all the colours were gone! red went pale pink.. blue totally washed away.. when i showed the photo of me trying it on at home how it looked like.. they said ohhh its a different top im showing! which is not! it looks unrecognisable after they "cleaned it" ! i said its silk delicate top.. how much brain does the guy has to chuck it into a machine? the boss making comments like look at her shes wearing a hood she cant afford to pay 6 GBP for dry cleaning that's what it's all about... he? this top costs 1000! i dont care about 6 GBP.. now im looking for a lawyer to take a legal action against them! i think nobody should be treated like this! im shocked how dare they talking like that to a customer! this experience totally spoiled my day.. & i can say goodbye to my favorite top.. TRUST ME! these are the most unprofessional people who have no respect for their costumer or taking any responsibility for their actions! this place should be closed down! no boss should be threatening! he was right in my face saying im gonna put you down! get out! (i have all recorded on my phone!) taking a p** of my looks or what i can or cant afford, shouting, rude... just unbelievable! rewind your cameras!!! put both images before and after together & at least say SORRY!!!!!!!!! i had to even start recording the conversation at some point cause i couldn't believe the way they were treating me! nobody deserves to be treated like this! disgusting place with disgusting ignorant rude staff! I HOPE YOU SICILIANA PEOPLE SEE THIS & BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!! & YOU MR BIG BOSS STOP THREATENING PEOPLE! FOR YOU MS MANAGER THERE'S KARMA! & IF YOU SWEAR TO GOD & YOUR LYING (WHICH YOU ARE!) YOU WILL GET IT BACK B*! REMEMBER MY WORDS... WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! & btw guys i came across many other reviews about them by now & ALL OF THEM WERE DISAPPOINTING! IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S CLOTHES WERE DAMAGED, WHO'S BEEN CALLED UNPRINTABLE NAMES & CHUCKED OUT OF THE PLACE!
