Appearances can be deceptive - Walking into Goodwill is like walking into my teenage bedroom, with bedding and clothes taking up every available bit of space. However, who cares what the place looks like when you can get pretty much anything dry-cleaned for a fiver (it used to be £4). After paying the rip-off prices of London dry-cleaners (often £16-18 per dress), its refreshing to pay what I consider a fair price. The first time I put stuff in I was scared that it would be lost/damaged/etc, but every time I have used them I get my clothes back in perfect condition.

The staff aren't very talkative, but they are polite. And now they know my name - joy!

I've been deliberating for, well about 10 seconds whether to give them a 3 or 4 rating. The 4 is for price, but the ambience and service is definitely a 3, but I'm feeling generous today so they get the higher mark!
