Appalling service and tongue damage - I was personally treated in this practice. During a simple treatment I was left with my tongue numb and sore and referred to a specialist in St. Guy's Hospital who sadly diagnosed the issue with permanent and irreversible damage of the nerve of the tongue. I was totally neglected by the whole team who lack total sympathy for their patients. A friend of mine had posted a review on my behalf here... and somehow they have managed to get rid of it! I would not recommend this practice to anyone - just think that you can get irreversible damage for a simple procedure and they will totally ignore you.
If I could rate them less that one I definitely would do it!
