not helpful at all - The way this branch is run is terrible. My son is 16 and we have requested contact lenses from this branch in the last 7 months, each time these have been requested there are numerous delays. He has been waiting for his lenses for 3 1/2 weeks, I could have got them sooner from abroad. Each time my son has gone in they can not find his details and then if they come out with a file it is for someone which shares the same first name not the same dob not the same family name. Pathetic service they like to pass the buck all the time. I would not recommend anyone to this branch ever for contact lenses.
