TERRIBLE and they waste YOUR time - Do not go here unless you plan to have rude staff waste your own time. I arrived for my first appointment on time 10min early as advised only to be told to wait for 40 min. I returned 30 min later to be told I have to wait another 15 min by manager - what a joke. This place is poorly managed with shocking customer service. I have never had my time wasted like this at any other venue, and without even do much as an apology. I couldn't find any reviews for this place before I went - following my experience today I feel I must warn any potential customers how bad it really is. Please for your own sake find somewhere else!!!!
