Got conned from Groupon voucher - Phoned to book appointment but got told
No spaces left and if wanted to use after expired date will have to pay extra ...
Never used in end as felt like we had been conned, completely put me off using Groupon or ever using this place.

Spectacular salon and staff - Best salon I've ever been to, great service, smiles all round, no stress , nothing too much for the staff, clean and tidy, back in 4 weeks girls.

Fantastic service!!!!! - Can honestly say this Is one of the best salons I have been to! The staff were friendly and helpful! Most definitely not rude or impolite! Was constantly asked if I wanted re-fills on cups of tea and coffee and also if I wanted lunch from the coffee shop! During my time there my stylist made me feel comfortable and explained everything they was doing and about all products used, which worked just as well as they said it would! I'm not quite sure which salon 'Sarah' and 'Julia' have been to, because it really couldn't have been this one! Maybe you need to take your sorry selfs to a salon and actually pay full price for the excellent service you receive rather than going on groupon and fishing for deals because I'm almost certain that that is what you like to do with your time and constantly try and make a bad name for people! This time I don't think it will work ladies but nice try :) I'm sure we will see your irrelevant comments else were :)

Bad salon - bought a groupon voucher for this salon a few days ago, and booked over the phone for today, they told me they were very busy, hmm, not busy when i was there for 4 hours today!!, the receptionist did not have a professional attitude, she was very rude, they was an hour late doing my hair, my hair did not feel soft and silky when finished but felt dry and knotted when i left cause the senior stylist did not rinse the shampoo out properly. so had to go home and wash it again...i would not recommend this place to anyone,,and i will never be fooled by groupon vouchers again,

Out of this world - Well....not sure what Julia is talking about actually. I started with the Groupon offer and all I've got to say is thank goodness I did. The salon is great, the staff are fantastic - helpful and friendly. Everytime I go, which is quite often now, I come out feeling a new person. Well done First Hair and Beauty....keep up the good work. I would recommend this salon to anyone and my tip for the day is, go on and try it...treat yourself - you'll never look back. I would never go anywhere else now. And Julia....as for dirty....all I have to say is your eyes must be painted on, I've never seen any dirt there. Bravo once again to my saviours! All my love Sarah xx

Life Saver ! Amazing - Amazing Salon, I think Julia must have visited a different salon completely the opposite to what she has said. It was very clean and service was amazing, and treatments excellent, I suggest Julia trys a different salon!!!!!!!!!

BLISS - I wonder if Miss Julia has ever visited the salon? Firstly she got the name wrong and secondly the standard, quality and professionalism of the treatments is excellent. First Hair and Beauty is my monthly life saver - try their "Full Monty" half day of treatments and you'll come out a new person. Go on, try it..........

HORRENDOUS - Undoubtedly the worst beauty salon I have ever been to. The place is dirty, the treatment sub-standard and the staff unfriendly to say the least. There are some wonderful beauty salons in Nottingham. This is not one of them. Best to avoid!
