firstly i would like to say that i am shocked with the service that is provided when we pass the doors. The lady in front of the door has no ideia about what are good manners, like" good morning ,how can i help you" . she just asked me in a very rude way " what time is your appointment ? the man in the desk answered my question with contempt and gave me a paper without any clarification. My question now is, what they are doing there? Very bad experience in this job centre, in my opinion should be closed. Very sad!!!! 25-05-16
