Buyer Beware...! - I have already sent a lengthy response to Sam U, so all I will just briefly say is that if you want to exchange goods, it has to be within 3 months of the DAY the the receipt was issued and not the entire date. The receipt does specify this, neither does the sales person at the point of sale, utill you try to exchange! There are no chaging rooms, so you cannot try clothes on.

They must be making a lot of money from unwary customers this way and they are now moving to a bigger shop in the station! 13-09-09

Awful service - My girlfriend made the mistake of buying a pair of shoes from this shop last week. After wearing them a couple of times they fell apart completely, yet Body Basics refused to give her either a refund or exchange, while their staff were rude and utterly unhelpful.

Buy nothing from these people. 03-09-09
