What dreadful service - This system doesn't allow me to give no stars - it pains me to have to give one......
We took an expensive Ralph Lauren gent's jacket to this place to have it dyed - we went here as it was the nearest dyers to home. This was several weeks before Christmas. We had to pay upfront - £65 - and were told it would take 6 weeks. (Why?) The man said he would call when it was ready.
Four weeks ago - it is now mid-March -having heard nothing - we called in there again. Initially the guy denied all knowledge of us and the jacket, then made a desultory search before saying it was not ready. He then promised it would be ready in 2 weeks and he would call us. Guess what? Nothing.
We are now going to take this further - we have seen neither honesty, sincerity or efficiency dealing with this company and feel others should be warned.
