Appalling after sales service - I ordered a replacement shelf from this company at this branch 2 months ago. Since placing the order it's been all promise and no delivery. I can't get anyone to call me back on the status of the order. I suspect they can't be bothered. It's not an important item in my kitchen but presumably I'd experience the same quality of after sales service even if it was. Shabby! I'll never step inside the shop again!
