DO NOT GO HERE - Rude, arrogant staff.
Very bad customer service, in fact the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

Rip off their customers - this place tried to scam me out of a refund for a ticket during the Egypt unrest. They refused to confirm that a refund could be recieved. I had to go to the airline directly to get a refund for my ticket which had to be redirected to travel agent to get my money off them. THIS TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS.

RIDCULOUS EXCUSE OF A TRAVEL AGENT - DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY - IF YOU DO U WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.
