Do not go there! Charge twice more than elsewhere and provide very poor service. I needed a patch on my jeans to cover two holes - it was acknowledged at the time of taking the order. In the end they covered only one hole claiming to do both they would have to charge me twice more. Meaning £20.00 to cover two small holes? Seriously? ??
The lady at reception was unable to provide any explanation claiming she cannot take any responsibility and that I should talk to her boss who returns in a week's time!
Bottomline: Overrated, poor service, customer service even poorer.
