Ruined clothes - On return, Reeves had punctured the clothes with metal hooks to keep clothes on hanger. When shown the damage done, was told it was "industry standard" to use such hooks and that I obviously "pretending to be upset" by it in order to get a discount. Very rude and dismissive.
