Poor service, high prices - Don't go in for a contacts lens prescription. They couldn't do one for me without me digging out an old one from years ago. Why they couldn't do it from scratch as I asked for I don't know. They managed to charge me £40 for the privilege though! Definitely one to avoid. I've always tried to look after the little guy but there's a reason to go to one of the chains in Hampstead now. They have high standards!
