Rude - This used to be the best local and friendly dry cleaners in West Hampstead until sadly the lovely owner passed away. It is now owned by a rude, unhelpfull and extremely arrogant man who instead of being interested in customer care, is only interested in taking your money. Complain at your peril. Does he not realise that a buisiness in such a community as West Hampstead does well in this area by word of mouth... or maybe he just doesn't care. Shame!?
