Bandits - The wort experience I have ever had with a travel agent.The staff are rude the manager even worse, I would never book a holiday with them ever again after following their advice it cost me an extra £316.I missed a connection because they did'nt allow enough time at the airport then they tried to blame me for not being able to make it arseholes!!!
