Easiest Booking Process - The booking process was really easy and when we landed the airport we went to the terminal 4 where most cabbies are. However, after 20 minutes of futile search we had to make a phone call to company office and they had to tell the driver to go to Terminal 4. They should have sent someone who knew the route. But other than that, the service was good and I am overall satisfied.

On time Cab Service - Well, the first two instances were great, once I booked them for our wedding anniversary as we had to go to central London and the second time I had to catch a plane. But the third time, the driver was late and did not show any sign of being embarrassed for not being able to make on time. Need to improve that.

its good to ride with professionals - It has been déjà vu for me trying every other cab service in London. Finally, I thought, I should look up for something people really liked. Found atlas cars and thought of giving them a chance. Well they aren’t liked by so many customers without a reason. Professional cab service and courteous bloke driving around.

finaly found a better one - I am regular customer of Atlas cars and have used it many times before. They have never disappointed me, always arriving on time, and a text message confirms arrival of the cab at the pickup point. Atlas guys never fell short of my expectations and I would happily recommend them.

Reliable Minicab Service - I came from Italy to start a new business in London. Moving around with such thin time margins isn’t easy. And being a businessman I don’t like the costs associated with having a car parked and congestion and all that. I rely on atlas cars for my travel. Good job guys, keep it up!

Best Airport Transfer Services - Last week I needed a cab for an airport transfer. At the time, I contacted Atlas Cars of London. They sent me a cab within the next 10 minutes. On top they charged me very reasonable cab fare. I highly recommend it to all.

Not very happy :-( - I've booked a car from their office - the gentelman at the counter said that the course will cost £9. Car arrived on time and picked me up but at the end of the journey the driver said that it is going to cost more and requested £14. I did not want to pay more than agreed but he insisted and calling me "my friend" explained that they send different car, bigger and that is the reason why I should pay more. I paid £14 - it's not about money but principles - if we agreed the price they just cannot change it during the journey and it is not my fault that they have had no smaller car or whatever. Oh, well... I'm rather dissapointed and I am not going to use their services any more.
