Appalling - Is the only word I can describe to use Michael John's. First rang up for a colour correction and told a student would come in specifically to colour correct my hair. The receptionist left me there for an hour and then explained that they can't guarantee there appointments could be kept as they were a training salon, this was not told to me at the outset. I explained that when I made the phone call I was guaranteed an appointment. She told me to come back and she would guarantee an appointment. Came back the next week the same woman who guaranteed me an appointment said I couldn't be seen. When I relayed the previous conversation with her she called me a liar and started shouting at me like a drunk in the pub when I said I found the service unprofessional. If you take appointments and take money for services rendered you are a business. The woman explained to me that this is how a student salon is run. Truth is students only take the appointments they need, but never at any student salon have I made an appointment then been left there for an hour to be told I couldn't be seen. This wouldn't happen at the wella school and they are a student salon. Truly appalling.
