Hunger - DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO EAT, RECEIVE GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY OR BE TREATED COURTEOUSLY !!!!!!!!!!! !!
I visited the Nottingham branch with my husband for lunch one day ;ast week.Was told by the staff that we had to pay beforehand as we chose to sit outside. We received our drinks (One SMALL CUP of tea @£1.50, NO teapot, water etc). 15 mins later, requested another drink and jug of water. received tiniest jug of water. 30 mins later we were still waiting for our food. My husband went inside and was told that they had thrown our order into the bin by mistake !! NO apology was made, NO offer of giving us our drinks free by means of an apology etc. I went inand asked for the manageress, She came to me but as soon as I started advising her that their customer care wasnt up to scratch, she walked off. 02-08-10
