VERY HELPFUL - I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Lottie. She was extremely understanding of my circumstances regarding returning an item bought as a gift, and although the shop policy was only to give credit notes after a generous time allowance, she agreed to give a refund in our case. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the shop and it is refreshing to deal with smaller companies who can give decisions outside of company policy.

Shocking! - This company seems to have little or no interest in their customers. On the 22nd of December I turned at this store a full three minutes after their official closing time. There was still customers in the store so I kindly said that I wanted to purchase a very specific pair of 270£ boots for my other half. As I knew exactly the size and the model, it would have taken the staff less than a minute to do this transaction and thereby demonstrate a commitment that would make me return to the store. Sadly nobody could be bothered to do this and I left with no boots - very upset.
This I COULDN'T CARE LESS attitude is exactly why retail shops go out of business and judging by this experience, I don't see a company like Parkinsons being around for long.
The boots?? I went home and bought them online.
I suppose I could wish you good luck in the future, but you probably wouldn't know what to do with it if you got it.

Poor custoner service - Good range of clothes, BUT, very poor customer service. Bought an expensive top, got it home and found a fault. Returned it straight back to the shop, but they would not give a refund, only a credit note. This is illegal. Only after much hassle / stress did I get a refund - not a pleasurable buying experience. Not recommended - in case you buy something that is fault.
