Incredible healing treatment - I had an incredible Tantric treatment from Mal. My body was totally shut down with pain and fear, and now I feel like a new person, Ive never experienced such a deep and healing bodywork session. My relationship with my husband has benefited beyond belief. Thankyou so much Mal.. truly amazing..

Excellent treatment - I saw Mal for sessions for many years and after a long break have started having occasional massage treatments again. Mal is a professional practitioner and a gifted Tantric healer with a heart of gold.

Agree about Mal Weeraratne - Just wanted to say that I agree with Roxannaah about Mal Weeraratne. He gives tantric massages (there is plenty online about him) and although he has been jailed twice, don't let that put you off.

We have tried to locate you in our data base to get a good insight into the issue you have faced, but we were not able to locate you in our systems. Therefore unfortunately, we have not been able to give you a more accurate reply to your complaint here.

We are a company which respects ethnic diversity and our therapists are from different parts of the world. Mostly we recruit therapists from Eastern Europe countries who are excellent at the job they do. Our monthly analysis shows that these therapists are the most favorable and sought out by our English clients. However, we always make sure when a client needs to discuss further about a treatment, we book them with a therapist who can converse fluently in English. We are unable to determine, why this was not practiced when you were booked in as we are unable to find you in our systems.

We understand that when someone is new to the country and to the salon they could consider this as a lack of customer service. However we would like to confirm that at the moment most of our therapist could converse well in English.

Great treatments, friendly staff - I go for regular massage here, usually with Mal who is an incredible massage therapist, there has been lots of negativity said about him and the salon but none of it is true!

Unprofessional salon - As a birthday present I was given a voucher for Buty Salon, I chose to have a facial (Decleor). The therapist spoke in broken English and I found it hard to communicate with her which wasn't ideal as I wanted to discuss my skin with her.

The facial itself was nothing special - I felt parts of it were very slapdash. I also didn't think the treatment room was as clean as it should have been which is very worrying when having a treatment.

I shan't return.

AVOID THE SALON - Please avoid this salon like the plague.
Mal Weeraratne (google his name!) who owns the salon with his wife has served time in prison for running a brothel. He has also served three years for indecent assault. He indecently assaulted women who had come to this very salon for a massage.
