NOT RECOMMENDED - I decided to go to my local hairdressers for a trim and styling for a night out and took a photo with me of the style I was looking for. Quite simple, tossled long hair style - party hair really for a night out and a trim to tidy up the dead ends. The girl who did my hair was not even looking at what she was doing while cutting my hair. Practically no consultation whatsoever - she kept talking at me and would not listen to me. I persevered and it just got worse - ended up with ringlets instead of the style I showed her so the manager took over and used the diffuser and left me looking like a bedraggled rat - it could not have been any worse! I left exasperated - the manager also wanted to talk at me - at me - would not listen. I have now noticed that hair has not even been cut straight - it's so uneven and all I wanted was the simplest inch off long straight hair with no layers! Steer well clear of this place!
