True Italian experience - I’m a regular lupa customer. I have to say that there have been ups and downs in their service. I tried them again last week and was amazed. The food quality was absolutely outstanding and the service!!! They said it would take around 35 mins but the delivery guy turned up in 25. I was very pleased and positively surprised. I highly recommend the place as a true Italian experience.

Don't bother! Worst service ever. - Let down twice by these jokers now; the first time the (expensive) pizza turned up v. late . And cold. The second (£50) order didn't show at all and was cancelled 3 hours after i placed it because they were 'busy'. Hmmm , a pizza delivery place that doesn't deliver - genius!
