Fabulous Sunday Lunch - We have visited this place for a quick Saturday lunchtime snack as well as weekend evening drinking time, but have recently experienced the Sunday lunch and it was fantastic.

The staff were a little sullen and not the most welcoming (which we had not experienced during previous evening time visits) but the food was brilliant. We took my sister and were longing for real home cooked comfort food and the chef here delivered with divine roast lunches and a perfect steak and ale pie for me.

I think the most stand out thing was the mashed potato, which I think I would be happy to eat every day for the rest of my life.

We are going back on Sunday with the outlaw tribe as they profess to be very child friendly and we will have a couple of nippers with us. Definitely worth a visit.
