Rude staff - I phoned this florist wanting to send flowers to a friend who lives nearby (I live in another city). The person who answered the phone was extremely surly and when I said that I'd like to order some flowers to be delivered said 'we don't have payment over phone'. When I clarified that she meant they didn't take payment over the phone and asked how else I could pay, she said 'you have to come in innit'. Totally unhelpful and unprofessional. 08-12-09
