Didnot meet Standards - we went to Benihanas (swiss cottage) last weekend!! I had to share our experience as it left a really bad impression!
We had to wait around for ages till they decided on a chef to come and cook for us at the table..
The Waiter staff were wondering aroung rather than getting the drinks order..
It took 3 different members of staff to give us our starter soups and salads....
The chef himself seemed quite nice.. The food was cook in a funny tasting and smelling Oil. The standard of the meals didnot meet the expectations..
we went as a group of 5 and our bill was around £200 (only to realise they had charged us for extra drinks that we hadnt ordered)!!!!!
It tooks soo long for a member of staff to take our payment that I had to go to the bar to make the payment!!! what topped it all was that for a friday night it wasnt that full either (not surprised) The staff were seriously Lazy....
Not Impressed!!! 23-10-09
