Awful service and customer care -

took my motorbike to install a crash protectors, left the bike at 12 and at 15:00 they call me to say that they can not remove the disc lock.

they tried to move the bike with the disc lock on and borke the rear disc and pads (also the disc lock). They refuse to accept responsability over what they broke.

They indicated the motorbike might been tried to be stolen while in their possession but not reviewing the CCTV footage or take responsability of damages while the bike was in there possession.

scape to do anything to your bike from them, they take not responsabilities over their actions as well as not replying to your complaints.
