My local. - I've been using the Taybridge as my local for about 6 or 7 months both under the previous and current management and it is generally high quality with one of the best Pub Quiz nights in Clapham.

New guys running the place have brought in a better beer selection, kept Wandle on pump (UNCONDITIONAL REQUIREMENT IN MY BOOK) and introduced nice food. I personally like the pork scratchings but they're a bit hit and miss with others.

The actual food is superb, try the fish and chips. The chips are good and the batter is light which suits the fish (pollack).

Also the owner is a gem. Even when they've closed, if he sees you, he'll open the door for you and serve you and have lots of cool chat and travel stories. 08-11-09
