Nice food, terrible service - Don't get me wrong I love the food from Holy Cow but I will never be ordering from them again unfortunately... and here's why... the last two times I have ordered they stated 45mins waiting time... both times it has actually taken more like 1hr20 to turn up (and I have practically been eating my leg with starvation at that point). When you phone to complain, the staff (even the manager) offer little explanation or apology. Sorry but not good enough
