Laser does not work, and no refund - Ive been having the laser treatment from Pasha for a few months already. It does not completely work, and there is no refund regardless of wether it works or not. I have since had a consultation and second opinion and they say the area should be hairless and I should have ceased treatment a year ago. They say they are not doing the treatment properly.

Treatment is supposed to be every 4 weeks, but its every 6 weeks with Pasha. The treatment is always carried out by someone new I have not seen before. The treatment is very painful.

They also ban you for 3 months if you miss an appointment, and make it very difficult to move appointments. This is not mentioned when you sign up, or hand over the money. There is also no documentation that is given to you which mentions this. All you are told afterwards is that the treatment is not refundable. 12-10-09

Not a very honest place - Very unhappy with the service provided

Clients being treated with laser equipment are not being asked to provide prior consent. Consequently there is no documented evidence that the risks and benefits of the treatment are being explained to clients before the treatments proceed.
