The Bavarian Beerhouse is a unique combination of restaurant, pub and night club. Guests can enjoy several Bavarian and German beers served in original glasses like Steins. Table service is provided by charming waitresses in their Bavarian Dirndl dresses. Traditional Bavarian food and 'Bavarian Gemnlichkeit' (friendly atmosphere) give the Beerhouse its special character. The restaurant is open all day from 11am-10pm. Every Friday and Saturday night there is 'Oktoberfest' entertainment with DJ music with both German and other musical highlights.

Bavarian Beerhouse London Reviews

a beery oompah night out. - I went to the Bavarian Beerhouse during its Oktoberfest period (apparently they celebrate the longest Oktoberfest in the world...according to the friendly girl on the phone who helped me book my tickets) on a saturday night. We were a large group, celebrating a friend's birthday - I expected a lot of beer at a BEERhouse...and I was not disappointed! The menu offers a selection of German beers, all fresh from the tap, ice cold and in huge Stein glasses. Our waitress carried 8 of them to the table which was very impressive - and she was smiling while doing so!! The beer and the waitresses were both equally amazing - she was very attentive (it's table service only!), quick and, yes guys, not bad to look at either. The food was quite good as well - I tried a sausage platter which was basically a selection of german sausages, mashed potato and sauerkraut. now we all know that the Germans know how to make their "wursts" and at the Beerhouse they do as well!!
All in all we had a very great evening, all my friends were dancing along to the oompah pah music and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
It's a great place for a night out with your friends ( probably nothing I'd chose for a romantic dinner) and I will definitely come back!!!

Great Experience - I went to the Bavarian Beerhouse last weekend and had a fab time!
The waitresses were always smiling, despite the fact the place was rather dramatic to say the least. The atmosphere was fantastic and I really felt invited to contribute-by the end even I ( a rather shy individual) was persuaded to sing along with the locals, 'stein' ( 1 litre glass) of beer in one hand and pretzel in the other!
The food wasn't the cheapest in london, but certainly filled me up and tasted really good. I recommend the schnitzel for something different and unique to German/ Austrian restaurants, but I also enjoyed my girlfriend's cheese noodle thing I can't remember the name of !
I expected the Bavarian Beerhouse to be somewhat of a commodity that shouldn;t be that good of a place, but am really feeling like this is the start of a beutiful relationship with the place!
I have never actually been to a bar in London where English people are seen really 'letting go' and not worrying about looking trendy, hip or enticing ( that's not to say there arn't enticing people there, my girlfriend actually caught me admiring a certain waitress and her, ach-hmm, cleveage) it's simply a place for people of all nationaliities to have fun. The beer is much better than English beer too. I ended up trying most of them on the night, and personally thought the Lowenbrau was the best ( much nicer than in cans from the corner shop!)
I would not recommend the Bavarian Beerhouse on the weekend to couples over 80 who wish to attend a quiet place for a glass of wine- it's just not that kind of place, but if you're under 80 and not looking for a boring and quiet place to waste away then I can't recommend it more!
Long live the Bavarian Beerhouse!

We're Not in Munich Anymore - The Bavarian Beerhouse is about as charming as a place could possibly be given that it is a massive windowless basement with cheap collapsable tables, a floor that is clearly designed to be hosed down every night, cheerless waitresses dressed as Bavarian beer wenches, big screen TVs showing German football matches, and food that is barely one step above puppy chow. It is also amazingly popular, further proof that charm isn't everything. Apart from the obvious camp appeal (if you like to enjoy things ironically, this might be the place for you), the only plus side is that after two steins of some decent German beer (at over £7 each, mind you), you might start to forget what a hole this place is.
