Worth waiting for the food - Located 5 minutes walk towards Highgate Station NOT the Village! In an unpretentious shopping parade. Good sized portions, freshly cooked by Nick, a chatty fish fryer trained by his late father. What's particularly nice is Nick uses the best cooking oil that does not reek. Over many years I've always found the fish to be excellent and recommend eating on the premises, only 8 seats though. Well worth seeking out, but mind the limited parking restrictions in the area! 09-06-13
