A fresh and funky salon, catering for men and women. They offer fast waxes and express treatments for busy lunchtimes, etc. Charging is by time rather than treatment. A refreshing change to normal, stuffy salons!

My first time - now a convert! - This was the first time I'd been to Cucumba, but I know I'll be back.
The staff were friendly, chatty and fun and the place had a great welcoming atmosphere. Everything seemed much more relaxed and not at all stuffy or clinical like other salons and beauty places I've been.
The way they sell things by time is really helpful - I had an hour to kill and got a good deep-cleaning facial, an eyebrow wax and a massage at a surprisingly low price for somewhere so central.
They even gave me a loyalty cards (they call it a Bribery Card) as I left and told me to search for their 'commune' on facebook.

I can't recommend them highly enough! 30-10-07
