Not for the couch-potatoes!! - The only gym I ever tried!! I hate exercising; I hate breaking out into a sweat and being all hot and bothered (even if it's just for an hour a day!!). However, after listening to everyone talk about their fitness levels, I decided to give it a go.

The gym is really good. Only 7 minutes away from the station (thats if you walk slowly, like me!!. Theres no contract, so you'd basically be paying for your membership by direct debit. And you can cancel at any time, just remember to give two weeks notice!!

Theres nothing that this gym doesnt have. Cardio equipment? tick. Weights? tick. Additional classes? Tick. Personal training? Tick. They also have two swimming pools; a big one, where anyone can jump in and a small one where you get your lessons.

I am not at all the athletic type. I did give it a go; but towards the end, I was not going enough to warrant a membership. So, I had to cancel. It's really good if you want to join. And it's also open to the public to use, but obviously you'd have to sign in at the front and pay a small fee. You are not bound by contact!! thank goodness!! And the staff are pretty friendly as well. So, it's a pretty good place. You just have to be dedicated to it to achieve any real results though!! Good luck!!
