Soulless and bland - Honestly I don't understand how this chain got to be so big. Where to start? The interiors are too bright and the design is uninspiring to say the least, the staff seem preoccupied and the food - well I would say that even though its cheap its a complete ripoff - the food is some of the most bland I have ever tasted - do yourself a favor and cross over the square to Yello or round the corner to one of the myriad of cheap Vietnemese places.
