Friendly therapist - Anna - I go to buty salon for my regular waxing, I always request Anna because she is very friendly and professional. Last month I had a CACI facial which was amazing. It left my skin soft and young.

This salon was a let down - I had a facial and a manicure here, I was walking past and decided to see if they had any space to fit me in. They were able to fit me in but I wished they hadn't.
The therapist spoke with broken English and didn't understand when I said I had combination skin - I don't think I am picky but I think a beauty therapist should understand what combination skin is!! The Decleor facial was ok but I found the room cold and it wasn't conducive to a relaxing facial.
The manicure was really poor, I honestly felt I could have done better myself. The results were not at all neat and is probably the worst manicure I've had in a long time.
I will not return here.
