Ridiculous and arrogant - I'm very very disappointed with the costumer service! And don't plan to go back again.
A couple of months ago I used Enzo's services just before going on holiday. When I called to book the appointment I was asked my card details. I wasn't told that it would be to process the payment immediately and I didn't ask, thinking that the details were taken just for the case I didn't show up (as there is a cancellation policy). On the day, when finished, I went to the cashier to pay. Everything went as I was expecting (unaware that the payment was taken when I called and it seems that on my records there was no note that the service was already paid!), the attendant took the payment. My surprise started when I was asked less amount of money as on the phone... £6 less! Felt puzzled and asked how much and was told the same (the £6 less). Paid with the card and left.
Still thinking about what happened, decided to check my bank extract... Was charged twice. Called the saloon and clarified the situation. Agreed that I would get a refund. Brilliant, felt assured that my rights were respected.
After my holiday, I went to get the refund (yes, I had to go in person to get the refund because of a mistake from their side, when they managed to charge my card over the phone). Once arrived explained my situation, the attendant checked my file and found the note to refund. It would have been all fine, until I asked how much I would be refunded... (I was hoping that it go smooth) but she told me the smaller number... I asked why. She answered: "because the second charge was a mistake from our side, so as a good gesture, as we never do refunds, we are willing to refund the second charge". I asked back: "why is it more expensive over the phone?", she told me that the second charge was wrongly calculated, the correct amount was the first charge. (Two mistakes that were not mine: charged me twice and wrong calculation on the second one!)
We stayed arguing with each other for a few minutes going around the some conversation without any proper answer... And that was just sad. As a client, I was expecting to be better treated and not having to argue and even less with someone with an attitude. Yes, the lady had an attitude. She's got some nerves to, when I decided to finish the conversation saying that my Sunday was already ruined having to go on purpose to get the refund and the that conversation wasn't getting me anywhere (giving her my card and basically agreeing to get the less amount), add the final touch saying "yes, this conversation is not getting us anywhere".
RIDICULOUS!!!, is the nicest word I can find.
I lost £6, had to go on purpose to correct a mistake from Enzo's side and, as if not enough, had to deal with someone who thinks owns all the reason in the world. I am the client, and expect to be treated with respect. I can only say that I will not visit Enzo Salons anymore. You lost a client because of £6 and an arrogant employee.

Most traumatising experience ever! - Went here for a Brazilian blow dry, having bought a Groupon offer. This was the worst hairdresser's experience I've ever had! A woman with red hair did my hair, she didn't speak a word of English which I don't have a problem with but she was also quite rude.

The shampoo was uncomfortable, no relaxing scalp massage as I'm used to at the hairdresser's. She dried my hair with a frayed, rough & ripped up towel, then I noticed that I had white bits at the front of my hair where she'd failed to rinse out the shampoo!

I was not given a cape to protect my clothing from the products used, then she walked off and started cutting someone else's hair while I sat there for 25 minutes with noone having offered me a magazine or a drink! Again, it wouldn't have been so bad if she'd have motioned to me that she'd be "ten minutes" or given me something to read!

Eventually another stylist came over to apply the product until the red-haired lady came back. I found her rude, rough and would have walked out, had I not previously paid upfront for the service. The other stylist reccomended a salt-free shampoo to maintain the style. I purchased the suggested shampoo, but when I got home I saw that it had chloride in it; in other words - salt! What a joke!

I would rather pay more and go elsewhere in future, as I am actually pretty horrified at my treatment here!

Great hair cut and friendly service - Went here on Groupon deal for Brazilian Blow Dry. Service was excellent - from providing information on the service when I made my appointment, friendly greeting when I arrived and treatment provided by a number of staff to make it quicker. The salon was busy, buzzy and well run. Hair cut was one of the best I have had - the stylist looked at pictures of what I wanted and cut just that - explaining to me what she was doing at every stage before taking scissors to hair. My hair looked great and I received many compliments for weeks afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

Bad brazilian blow dry - I was really unhappy after the treatment. My hair was heavy and felt very flat. I had it done somewhere else before and it was much better. I will not be going to this salon again

BRAZYLIAN KERATIN TREATMENT BEOX - I have recently had a brazilian blowdry recommended to me by my hairdresser Marissa, my hair was frizzy curly and just generally a pain to do, since having this treatment my normally friz curl is a smooth light weight curl. When i straighten my hair or even just trying to blowdry it, it takes half the time and feels incrediable I highly recommend it to anyone!
