Bad attitude kid - I went to this store today and found the young guy serving me very rude and arsey. I accidentally hit the front glass as I approached the till and he got arsey saying "easy", I did apologise, anyway when he finished serving me they ran out of till paper and with no apology or politeness he said "we've ran out of till paper does it matter" couldn't believe his attitude, when I said thank you and goodbye, he then turned his back on me, wanted to say something there (wish I did) but didn't want to cause a scene.
I complained to the Manager over the phone later who was brilliant, so hopefully the service will be better next time and the guy will get some manners and go to charm school.
