Trip accidents in BHS - Last year I was visiting the British Home Stores in Barton square and was involved in an accident. The manager twisted and lied about all the details. Mr Dell was severely injured and lost his job. He was buying a house and that fell through. Mr Dells life was ruined by this shop. The Accident book was falsified. No compensation because the manager lied to save her own skin. This is a dangerious place to go shopping. Avoid this shop. Both shops in the Trafford Centre are run by the same staff, so avoid them both.
