Supercuts is a chain of unisex hairdressing salons located all over the UK, providing haircuts for men, women and children.

I passed by the salon. Cuts for £12.95 no appointment needed. My hair needed a trim. Great I thought. Your hair is really thick said the woman I could thin it out so that there is less fullness. I want exactly the opposite I said, I like the Tina Turner look it just needs more styling like a sort of bob. Ok said the women you just want a bit of a trim in a bob shape. Great I thought we both know what I want. Then she started to hack away at it with a cut throat razor. What's she doing I though. But of course it was already too late. At the end she said hey there's lots of hair on the floor. Yes MY BEAUTIFUL HAIR.

I had told her I did not want it thinned out and she did it anyway. It wasn't until I got home that I saw how truly awfull my hair was - I've spent the evening crying. It will take months to grow back and the only way of making it look any better will be to get it cut more to even up the layers - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
