Bland Fox - I'm very critical to myslef but rarely to the places I visit. I'm trying to discover something positive everywhere. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything special in The Fox in Old Street. Apart from the localisation (not far away from the station + you can wait there for your friend if The Foundry is closed), the pub is simply bland.
I will make my 'dislike list' as laconic and objective as possible:
1. Ceilling was almost coming away and there was a risk of losing life or collective panic. (I've already experienced something similar so I know what I'm talking about)
2.There were lots of butts on the floor inside. (Although I smoke, I found it disgusting)
3.Barman seemed to be angry and bored, and simply didn't have good 'customer service' skills. (Probably, I behave the same at my work)
4. Almost everything was dirty, including glasses and tables.

I think that this dirt might have been intentional...Alcohol decontaminates so people drink there to kill bacteria...(it increases sale at the same time) Really 'foxy' marketing trick don't you think?!!! Managment's marketing creativity didn't encourage me to go back there anyway.
